Per Diem Retail Pharmacy Technician in Manassas, VA

Support a busy retail pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician with expertise in PioneerRx software. This per diem opportunity is perfect for individuals comfortable navigating pharmacy systems independently, as the covering pharmacist will rely on your PioneerRx knowledge. This role is based in the Manassas, VA area, serving a new client in the Broadlands community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions using the PioneerRx system
• Assist pharmacists in daily operations to maintain efficient workflow
• Manage inventory and restock medications following regulatory standards
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting
• Proficient with PioneerRx pharmacy management software (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of prescription processing, labeling, and filing

Schedule and Duration:

• Per diem position from June 22nd to July 11th, 2026
• Training provided June 22nd through June 24th
• Work hours: MondayFriday, 9 AM6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM1 PM; closed Sundays
