Pharmacy Technician - Mckeesport, PA

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions following established protocols, with an emphasis on complex and higher-difficulty entries.
• Receive inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring a clear understanding of call context before accepting; current responsibilities do not include patient calls but may evolve based on business needs.

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license from the state of Pennsylvania.
• Certification from PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) or NHA (National Healthcareer Association).
• Experience ranging from entry level to 6 months as a pharmacy technician is acceptable.
