This travel opportunity requires a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support inpatient hospital pharmacy operations. Candidates should hold an active Kansas pharmacy technician license and have experience in IV compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in providing medications, drug information, and pharmaceutical services to healthcare personnel
• Prepare sterile IV admixtures accurately and in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely medication delivery to inpatients
• Maintain proper documentation and follow hospital protocols for medication preparation and distribution
• Utilize Meditech system for order processing and inventory management (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of Kansas
• Minimum of one year recent experience in sterile IV compounding
• Experience with Meditech electronic health records preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to aseptic technique
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Schedule:

• Full Time, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
