Schedule & Hours:

• 1st Shift
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with patients and physicians offices to manage prescription needs and updates
• Fill and dispense medications according to providers prescriptions, ensuring patient allergies are carefully verified prior to processing
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner aligned with company policies
• Maintain excellent customer service to enhance patient experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona
• Minimum 2+ years of recent retail pharmacy technician experience
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team consisting of a pharmacist, a clean room technician, and retail technicians
