Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and fill prescriptions with speed and efficiency
• Perform data entry to maintain accurate patient and prescription records
• Answer patient phone calls, providing clear and compassionate communication
• Manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and availability
• Assist with prior authorizations to support prescription approvals
• Deliver quality customer service within the clinic setting, particularly attentive to behavioral health patients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting such as Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens
• Active and clear Texas Pharmacy Technician license
• National certification through PTCB or NHA
• Strong empathy and understanding of patients with behavioral health needs
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable and considered a significant advantage
