Inpatient Pharmacy Technician | Middleton, Wisconsin

Pharmacy Technicians with inpatient and sterile IV compounding experience are sought for a 26-week contract position in Middleton, WI, starting November 26. This role offers an opportunity to apply specialized skills in a hospital inpatient setting, supporting critical medication preparation and distribution.

Schedule Options:

• Two Overnight shifts: 8:30 PM 7:00 AM, four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekend rotation
• One Day shift: 6:30 AM 2:00 PM, five 8-hour shifts per week, including weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound sterile intravenous medications for inpatient use
• Prepare and dispense medications following hospital protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely medication delivery
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality control procedures

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient pharmacy technician experience
• Proficient in sterile IV compounding techniques
• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license in-hand is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sterile procedures precisely
