IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Orange, CA

A growing, closed-door home infusion pharmacy is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician with strong expertise in sterile compounding. This Contract to Hire opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, safe sterile preparations and to grow with the pharmacy long-term.

Location: Orange, CA
Terms: 13 Weeks Temp to Perm
Schedule:

• Full Time, MondayFriday
• 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile IV compounds including TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and other sterile medications in a cleanroom environment
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and USP standards to maintain safety and quality
• Accurately label and handle compounded medications ensuring compliance with pharmacy protocols
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• 35 years of hands-on sterile compounding experience, especially with TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and aseptic technique
• Strong working knowledge of USP standards and guidelines
• California Pharmacy Technician license required
• Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced pharmacy setting
