Pharmacy Technician | Oviedo, Florida

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a dedicated Lead Pharmacy Technician to take on a management role within the pharmacy. This full-time, direct hire position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and daily operations of a specialized pharmacy setting.

Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations including administrative duties
• Handle invoices and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Exhibit strong attention to detail in every task
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among pharmacy staff
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability consistently
• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and adapt to evolving priorities
• Support pharmacy growth initiatives with motivation and proactive engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license
• Proven experience as a Lead Technician
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the pharmacy environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with compounding pharmacy practices, though this is not mandatory
