IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Tech - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support an expanding, high-volume sterile compounding operation in the Palm Beach Gardens area. This contract opportunity includes openings for two IV Pharmacy Technicians and one Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician, all on day shift, located in Jupiter, FL (West Palm).

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanroom standards and compliance by following USP <797> and USP <800> procedures, cleaning and sanitizing ISO classified areas, assisting with environmental monitoring and temperature logs, and managing inventory with strict expiration date control. Technicians will also provide operational support by receiving and organizing supplies, preparing materials for production runs, supporting workflow efficiency and team communication, and assisting pharmacists and lead technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required by state regulations
• Minimum of 2 years pharmacy technician experience
• Sterile compounding experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom behavior
• Strong reliability and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Background in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with batch records or workflow systems
• Experience with inspections and compliance readiness
