Located in Omaha, NE, this full-time Pharmacy Technician opportunity offers a rewarding role within a long-term care setting. This position involves an 8-12 week contract with a Monday through Friday day shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately packing and filling medications tailored to patient needs
  • Managing data entry to ensure precise medication records
  • Effectively communicating with healthcare providers via phone to coordinate patient care

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Nebraska Pharmacy Technician License is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy is preferred but not essential
  • Immediate availability to start
