Per Diem Retail Pharmacy Technician | Paterson, New Jersey

Seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a per diem role supporting retail pharmacy operations. This position requires active licensing and hands-on experience in dispensing and inventory management within a fast-paced retail setting. The schedule includes July 6th and 7th with additional PRN opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in accurately dispensing prescription orders according to established protocols.
• Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Support daily retail pharmacy operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey.
• Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy environment is required.
• Experience with Pioneer Rx Pharmacy software is preferred.

This per diem position offers flexibility and the chance to contribute valuable support to pharmacy staff during peak times. Candidates must be detail-oriented, licensed, and able to work independently under pharmacist supervision.
