Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician in Pearland, TX

This opportunity is for experienced sterile compounding pharmacy technicians to support a busy pharmacy setting for a 13-week contract assignment in Pearland, TX. Two roles are available, with one shift running from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and the other from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities include compounding, preparing, and processing prescriptions with precision and adherence to state regulations and company policies. Technicians will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and supplies, perform pharmaceutical calculations, label and package medications correctly, and actively participate in managing medication-related incidents. Maintaining a clean and compliant workspace by sanitizing surfaces, inspecting equipment, and logging temperature and cleaning data is also essential.

Key qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Texas
• PTCB certification
• IV certification for sterile compounding
