Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule/Hours:

• 1st Shift
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform data entry related to prescription processing
• Contact patients and healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and confirm medication details
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are thoroughly checked and accounted for
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism following organizational protocols
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and support pharmacy workflow

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona with a clean record
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and customer interaction
• Proficiency with Pioneer Rx system or ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills essential to the role

Team Environment:
You will be working alongside one Registered Pharmacist, one clean room technician, and one retail technician, managing a script volume of under 100 prescriptions per dayan environment conducive to precise, patient-focused service.
