An expanding compounding pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support their growing mail order and sterile compounding operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a structured schedule with the potential for long-term growth within a reputable environment that values reliability and expertise.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday rotation, 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
  Duration: 13 weeks, contract to hire
  Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and process sterile compounded medications in compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulatory standards
• Manage mail order prescription processing ensuring timely and precise fulfillment
• Utilize PK and LifeFile systems to maintain accurate patient and prescription information
• Adhere to quality assurance processes while maintaining strict sterile environment standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals as needed to support medication accuracy and patient safety

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• National certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required
• Must hold an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience specifically in mail order pharmacy and sterile compounding
• Demonstrated reliability and excellent attendance record
• Proficiency with PK and LifeFile pharmacy systems
