Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, prioritizing complex and higher-difficulty entries following established protocols.
• Handle inbound provider calls via warm transfers, ensuring thorough understanding of call context prior to acceptance. Please note patient calls are not currently part of this role; however, responsibilities may evolve over time.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Pennsylvania.
• Certification from PTCB or NHA.
• Between 0 and 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
