RPh on the Go is seeking an entry-level Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for a newly licensed technician looking to build experience in prescription processing and provider communication.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions accurately.

  • Handle complex prescription entries according to established procedures.

  • Receive inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring the context of each call is understood before acceptance.

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to support efficient prescription processing.

Note: Patient calls are not currently part of this role, but responsibilities may change over time.

Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license.

  • PTCB or NHA certification.

  • 06 months of pharmacy technician experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly certified technician to develop pharmacy operations skills in a structured, professional environment.
