Pharmacy Technician - Reno, NV

Support outpatient pharmacy operations across multiple medical office locations in the Reno, NV area by providing skilled pharmacy technician services. This contract opportunity is ideal for licensed Pharmacy Technicians with outpatient or retail experience seeking a flexible role with a path to permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients in outpatient settings.
• Float between three designated facilities, ensuring seamless pharmacy support at each location.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory control in compliance with state regulations.
• Assist pharmacists with daily operational tasks and customer service duties.
• Work variable 8-hour shifts, including some weekends depending on the site.

Locations:

• Multiple medical office sites in Reno and Sparks, NV, with floating required among:
  • Ion Medical Offices
  • Fifth Street Medical Offices
  • Del Monte Medical Offices

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays.
• Weekend hours typically from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at designated locations.
• Facilities closed December 25th and January 1st (holidays with no additional days off granted).

Qualifications:

• Active NV Pharmacy Technician license.
• Minimum 6 months outpatient or retail pharmacy technician experience.
• Ability to float between multiple sites efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working variable shifts including weekends.

Contract Details:

• Start date: November 30, 2026.
• Contract length: 26 weeks.
• Temp to perm arrangement preferred.
