We are seeking an experienced Missouri-licensed Pharmacist for a Director of Pharmacy opportunity supporting the launch of a new behavioral health pharmacy operation in St. Louis, MO.

This is a unique leadership role focused on helping establish pharmacy operations, implement workflows, and prepare the department for patient services.

Schedule:
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM, plus on-call responsibilities. Additional hours may be needed during the pharmacy setup phase. Weekend coverage is limited to on-call support.

Responsibilities:

Lead pharmacy startup and operational implementation
Collaborate with executive leadership and regional pharmacy leadership
Procure, package, and manage medication inventory
Stock and maintain Pyxis automation systems
Verify medication orders once patient services begin
Ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements
Assist in developing pharmacy workflows and processes

Requirements:

Active Missouri Pharmacist License
Previous Pharmacy Manager or Director of Pharmacy experience
Inpatient behavioral health pharmacy experience
Pyxis automation experience required
Experience with HCS preferred (training provided)
