Pharmacy Technician | Sanford, Florida

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy seeks a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician to manage daily pharmacy operations. This direct hire opportunity offers a consistent 40-hour workweek with hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, located in DeBary, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative tasks, including managing invoices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail for accurate pharmacy operations
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork within the pharmacy staff
• Exhibit professionalism and reliability in all responsibilities
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
• Show motivation to support pharmacy growth and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to streamline daily workflows

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Florida Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Proven experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician
• Compounding pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective teamwork
