IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Santa Ana, California

A fast-growing closed-door pharmacy specializing in Home Infusion services is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join their team. This role offers a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term career growth within a dynamic and supportive pharmacy environment.

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Full Time, MondayFriday
Shift: 8-hour shifts within 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile IV compounds in a cleanroom setting, including TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and other sterile preparations
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and maintain compliance with USP standards
• Accurately label and handle all compounded medications
• Maintain high-quality and safety standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of robust sterile compounding experience, especially with TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and aseptic technique
• Strong familiarity with USP guidelines
• California Pharmacy Technician license
• Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced pharmacy setting
