Long Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy Technician - Shrewsbury, MA

A Pharmacy Technician role is available in a Long-Term Care and Mail Order pharmacy environment. This position offers an overnight schedule working 7 days on followed by 7 days off, with shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM. The assignment is 13 weeks in duration, with the potential to transition from a temporary to a direct hire opportunity.

• Overnight, Wednesday through Thursday
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a long-term care and mail order setting
• Handle prescription processing in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Maintain precise records and documentation
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician credentials required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is a strong plus
• PTCB national certification preferred but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
