This full-time, day shift Pharmacy Technician role in Tempe, AZ offers an opportunity to apply your skills in both retail and mail order pharmacy environments. Working on a contract basis, you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations through accurate prescription processing and effective coordination of shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Input new prescriptions, refills, and patient details into the pharmacy management system (EPS), ensuring accuracy by cross-checking with the order management system.
• Prepare shipments for mailing by printing and affixing shipping labels, sorting packages by courier services, and coordinating dispatch to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and assist in maintaining an organized pharmacy workflow.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a pharmacy technician in either a retail or mail order pharmacy setting.
