Location:

• Westland, MI

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duration:

• 13-week contract with potential to transition to permanent employment

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with patients, providing a warm and professional experience
• Receive and process client phone calls, ensuring accurate order filling
• Assist with shipping logistics and inventory management
• Collaborate closely with on-site pharmacists performing duties similar to a Pharmacy Service Representative (PSR)
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor to enhance patient interactions

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Previous pharmacy technician experience, preferably in mail order and non-sterile compounding environments
