Pharmacy Technician Day Shift (9:00 AM5:30 PM) | 12Week Contract

Schedule:

• MondayFriday: 9:00 AM5:30 PM
• Rotating Weekends: 9:00 AM5:00 PM
• Duration: 12 weeks

Position Overview
RPh on the Go is seeking two reliable and detailoriented Pharmacy Technicians to support our Long-Term Care Mail Order pharmacy operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate medication preparation, safe dispensing practices, and timely delivery to our customers. Candidates will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist and collaborate closely with pharmacy leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs according to established standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Billing Supervisor to enter prescription data and support reimbursement processes.
• Prepackage medications for dispensing under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Assist pharmacists with final prescription checks, including stating medications for review, packaging postreview, and coordinating timely delivery.
• Support inventory management by receiving and rotating stock, posting lot numbers and expiration dates, and assisting with physical inventory counts.
• Work with the Technician Supervisor to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including equipment checks for calibration and cleanliness.

Required Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy technician experience.
• Long-Term Care or Mail Order pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License (required).
