Pharmacy Technician | Winter Park, Florida

Join a specialized compounding pharmacy located in DeBary, FL, seeking a dedicated Lead Pharmacy Technician to play a key role in managing pharmacy operations. This full-time direct hire position offers the opportunity to work alongside a professional team focused on weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative tasks including handling invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail across all pharmacy functions
• Foster excellent communication and collaborate effectively with team members
• Maintain professionalism and reliability in all duties
• Exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve
• Multitask efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Support initiatives to help grow the pharmacys services and outreach

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience as a lead pharmacy technician
• Compounding experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
