Staff Pharmacist - Arlington, Tennessee
This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist with specialized experience in clinical patient management, particularly in rare and complex conditions. Serving patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic ailments, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care with a focus on infused drugs and advanced therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy-specific expertise in factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions.
- Educate patients and their families on medication administration, managing side effects, adherence strategies, and safe handling of infused drugs at home.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Partner with reimbursement specialists to assist patients in navigating insurance, obtaining prior authorizations, and accessing financial assistance programs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee (TN) required.
- Arkansas (AR) pharmacist license is highly preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with CareTend pharmacy software is highly preferred; training can be provided.
- Strong clinical background in managing complex infusion therapies is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

- Arlington, Tennessee area (contract to hire).
