Seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to provide essential coverage in a community pharmacy setting in Bellevue, OH. This per diem role offers the opportunity to support multiple locations across Northwest Ohio by covering vacations and scheduled days off, ensuring uninterrupted patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (closed 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (closed 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately check and verify prescription orders
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and safety
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage pharmacy operations during assigned shifts

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license
