RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, direct hire position in Boise, ID. This role emphasizes patient counseling, medication education, and collaboration with healthcare providers to support safe and effective treatment.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel patients by phone on new prescriptions, refills, side effects, medication adherence, and proper medication use.

  • Answer medication-related questions and help patients understand their treatment plans.

  • Work with prescribers and their offices to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical concerns.

  • Address prescription issues promptly to minimize dispensing delays.

Qualifications:

  • Active Idaho pharmacist license in good standing.

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
