Schedule

Monday-Friday shifts available
Pharmacy hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
32 hours per week
One weekday off of your choosing (4x8 hour shifts)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Provide patient counseling and clinical support
Support dispensing and medication management activities
Participate in long-term care, adherence packaging, and telepharmacy services
Lead and support pharmacy staff while fostering a positive team culture
Serve as the primary pharmacist on-site

Qualifications

Active Iowa Pharmacist license or ability to obtain
Pharmacy management experience preferred but not required
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and build relationships within the community
Desire to become a long-term member of the team
