RPh on the Go is seeking a patient-focused Pharmacist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Chesterfield, MO. This role centers on patient education, medication management, and collaboration with prescribers to support safe and effective treatment.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel patients by phone regarding new prescriptions, refills, side effects, medication adherence, and proper medication use.

  • Respond to patient medication questions and provide clear clinical guidance.

  • Communicate with prescribers and their offices to clarify orders and resolve clinical concerns.

  • Help prevent dispensing delays by addressing prescription issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing.

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
