Inpatient Oncology Staff Pharmacist - Chicago, Illinois

Deliver expert pharmaceutical care as a Clinical Hospital Staff Pharmacist in a dynamic inpatient hospital setting. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and dispensing medications safely and accurately in an inpatient hospital setting
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapies, particularly in oncology cases
• Utilizing Cerner pharmacy systems for medication order processing and documentation
• Monitoring patient response and adjusting therapies under protocol guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and institutional policies

Qualifications:

• Illinois pharmacy license (required)
• Proven strong inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
• Oncology pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records and pharmacy systems is a significant advantage

Shift Details:

• Rotating first and second shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM and 2:30 PM 10:00 PM
• Rotating weekends
