Inpatient Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist in Choctaw, OK

This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist with experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings who is seeking a contract-to-hire role. You will contribute your skills in sterile compounding while supporting patient care in a dynamic pharmacy environment. This position is based in Choctaw, OK.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications with a focus on sterile compounding procedures
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy
• Manage medication inventory and maintain accurate documentation
• Support home infusion pharmacy services with clinical expertise

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with rotating shifts including 8:30 AM 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, and 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Primarily daytime hours ensuring a balanced work-life rhythm

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma pharmacy license required
• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy practice
• Sterile compounding experience preferred but open to candidates without it willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

Contract Details:
