IV Sterile Compounding Staff Pharmacist in Cicero, NY

An opportunity is available for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist to join a healthcare team on a direct hire basis. This role focuses on ensuring safe and accurate intravenous medication preparation and patient support within a home infusion setting.

Location: Cicero, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and compliance.
• Communicate directly with patients to provide necessary counseling and support.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in hospital pharmacy and home infusion environments.
• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with IV compounding is highly preferred.
• Valid and current NY State pharmacist license is mandatory.
• Clean background with no legal or driving violations that could affect licensure.
