Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Clyde, Ohio

A community pharmacy in Northwest Ohio is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to provide essential per diem coverage. This role involves supporting multiple locations by filling in during vacations and scheduled days off, ensuring consistent patient care and pharmacy operations.

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Valid, clear, and active Ohio Pharmacist license
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including prescription verification and patient counseling
• Accurately check and dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients, addressing medication questions and concerns
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff and management to maintain smooth daily operations
