Seeking an Indiana-licensed Pharmacist for a short-term per diem assignment in an FQHC/340B pharmacy.

Assignment: October 59
Hours: MonThurs 8:00 AM5:00 PM | Fri 8:00 AM4:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately.
  • Manage inventory, controlled substances, and pharmacy supplies.
  • Assist patients with questions, insurance, and medication needs.
  • Support retail pharmacy and telepharmacy operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Active Indiana Pharmacist license.
  • Current immunization license.
  • Liberty RX experience preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking skills a plus.
