A per diem Staff Pharmacist position is available for assignments in multiple locations within New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential pharmacy services including prescription verification and patient counseling during scheduled shifts.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Closed on weekends
• Specific coverage needed October 12 through 16 in Harrisville, NY
• Primary location for ongoing assignments: Woodstock, NY

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription accuracy and appropriateness
• Provide thorough patient counseling to promote safe and effective medication use
