About the Role:
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week travel contract with a respected hospital outpatient pharmacy in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to expand their clinical and outpatient experience while enjoying the benefits of a travel assignment in a scenic location.
In this role, you will support daily outpatient pharmacy operations, provide patient counseling, and ensure accurate and compliant prescription dispensing in a hospital-based setting. This assignment includes a competitive travel package with housing accommodations, mileage reimbursement, and per-diem provided.

What Youll Do:
Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
Provide patient counseling regarding medication therapy, side effects, and adherence
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to support patient care
Maintain accurate records and assist with workflow efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer service and support positive patient outcomes

What Youll Need:
Active Colorado Pharmacist License (required)
Previous outpatient or hospital pharmacy experience required
Strong communication and patient counseling skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
