Staff Pharmacist | Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide expert patient care.
• Manage compliance with regulatory standards to ensure safe pharmacy practices.
• Oversee inventory control and cost management to optimize resources.
• Lead immunization programs, including COVID-19, influenza, and other vaccines.
• Provide team leadership and support professional development.
• Implement quality assurance measures, continuously improve processes, and address patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting systems to support pharmacy operations.

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Week 2: Monday to Wednesday & Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM; Thursday, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Every other Saturday shift, alternating with a part-time pharmacist. On Saturdays worked, Thursday has a reduced four-hour shift.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Recent retail pharmacy experience required.
• Willingness to work the alternating Saturday schedule.
• Newer graduates are encouraged to apply.
