A Retail Pharmacist opportunity is available in Dublin, OH, offering a contract-to-hire role with day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is set within a busy retail environment processing an average of 200-300 inbound prescriptions daily, supported by a team of five pharmacy technicians and two pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense prescriptions and counsel patients on medication use.
  • Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Utilize Prime RX for order entry and pharmacy management.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven retail pharmacy experience.
  • Proficiency or experience with Prime RX is advantageous.
  • Valid Ohio pharmacy technician license is required.

Work Environment:

  • Retail pharmacy setting.
  • Team-oriented with a staff of 5 pharmacy technicians and 2 pharmacists.
  • Handles high-volume prescription workflow.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday.
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
