A home infusion pharmacist position is available for a direct hire opportunity in Dublin, OH. This role requires a licensed pharmacist with experience in hospital and home infusion pharmacy settings.

The pharmacist will oversee IV verification processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in medication preparation. Supervising pharmacy technicians and maintaining effective communication with patients by phone will also be essential components of the position.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders and compounding procedures
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians in daily tasks
• Contact patients as needed to provide information or clarify prescriptions
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio pharmacist license is mandatory
• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy operations
• Prior work experience in home infusion pharmacy, particularly in IV compounding
