Provide essential pharmacy support as a Relief Hospital Pharmacist in a small critical care hospital setting. This per diem role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise while ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing within an inpatient hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Review physician orders, ensuring safe medication use
• Respond promptly to medication-related inquiries from nurses and physicians
• Support daily inpatient pharmacy operations, maintaining workflow efficiency
• Dispense medications safely and with attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Previous experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy and/or critical care environments
• Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy responsibilities in a small hospital setting
