Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Fremont, OH

This opportunity seeks an experienced Staff Pharmacist to provide essential per diem coverage at a busy community pharmacy serving multiple locations throughout Northwest Ohio. The role is focused on maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical care, supporting daily operations, and ensuring patient safety across scheduled shifts.

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (closed 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (closed 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately check and verify prescriptions to ensure safe dispensing
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain compliant and efficient workflow
• Provide coverage during vacations and scheduled days off as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Current, clear, and active Ohio pharmacist license
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
