LTC Mail Order Staff Pharmacist - Glendale, Arizona

This role is designed for a licensed pharmacist with experience across long-term care (LTC) and retail pharmacy environments. The position offers a 13-week assignment with the potential for direct hire, providing an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in both outpatient retail and LTC settings.

Location: Glendale, AZ

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Mid Shift: 12 PM 8 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in both long-term care and outpatient retail settings.
• Review medication orders for appropriateness, interactions, and patient safety.
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication usage and management.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona pharmacy license.
• Proven pharmacy experience with expertise in LTC and retail settings.
