A travel opportunity is available for experienced retail pharmacists at a medical facility in Goodfellow AFB, TX. This role offers the chance to provide critical pharmacy services on a 6-month contract, supporting a busy retail pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (rotating shifts)
  • Every 3rd to 4th Saturday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities include verifying prescribed medications, conducting thorough clinical reviews, administering immunizations, and providing patient counseling. You will be working with the Willow pharmacy computer system, handling an average prescription volume of approximately 1,400 scripts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license
  • Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
  • Immunization certification required
  • Proficiency with retail pharmacy operations and computer systems
