A per diem opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care during a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for licensed pharmacists seeking flexible work while supporting community health needs.

Location:

  • Primary assignment in Woodstock, NY
  • Travel required to Harrisville, NY on October 12-16

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, Day Shift (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
  • Weekends off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance
  • Provide thorough patient counseling on medication use and potential side effects
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Current, active NY State Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist or similar pharmacy role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

This is a per diem position offering competitive compensation ranging from $55 to $62 per hour. The assignment runs from October 12 to October 16 and includes travel to Harrisville, NY as part of the role.
