Travel Inpatient Staff Pharmacist in Granada, CO

This position offers an opportunity to work as an Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist providing critical pharmacy services in a hospital setting. The role entails pharmacy oversight, supervision of pharmacy technicians, and involvement with IV compounding procedures. This travel assignment is based in Granada, CO and requires flexibility to relocate for the contract duration.

Schedule/Hours:

• 30 hours per week
• 1st shift, 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (or similar)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations within the inpatient hospital unit
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring compliance with protocols and workflow efficiency
• Perform or oversee IV compounding using USP <797> and <800> techniques and maintain sterile preparations according to regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy required
• Proficiency with IV compounding following USP <797> and <800> standards
• Must hold a current and valid Colorado pharmacist license
• Clean background with no issues such as DUI or other disqualifying incidents
