A retail pharmacy in Columbia, MO is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist for a short-term assignment from October 3rd through October 7th. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the sole pharmacist on-site, working alongside two full-time pharmacy technicians within a team-oriented environment. The position utilizes the Pioneer software system and requires providing comprehensive patient care and medication services.

Schedule:

  • Saturday, October 3: 8:45 AM 2:15 PM
  • Monday, October 5: 7:30 AM 6:15 PM
  • Tuesday, October 6: 7:30 AM 6:15 PM
  • Wednesday, October 7: 7:30 AM 6:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
  • Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions
  • Conduct final verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Active and clear Missouri Pharmacist license
  • Recent experience as a pharmacist, with comfort working independently as the sole pharmacist on site
  • Open to new graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy setting
