Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, checking the work of pharmacy technicians, answering phone inquiries, and counseling patients to ensure safe and effective medication use. Candidates may also be required to provide immunizations if they hold the appropriate certification.

Desired qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina pharmacist license
  • Minimum of one year of retail pharmacy experience
  • Immunization certification preferred but not mandatory
