Staff Pharmacist in Hilliard, OH

This direct hire opportunity is for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist based in Hilliard, OH. The pharmacist will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient medication management for patients receiving home infusion therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medications to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations
• Communicate with patients to address questions and provide guidance
• Perform IV compounding according to established protocols and standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Ohio pharmacist license is required
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting
• Proven background in home infusion pharmacy
• Skilled in IV compounding and verification processes

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
