Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and full regulatory compliance.
• Verify prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, patient information integrity, potential drug interactions, formulation quality, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, with a strong preference for experience in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
